Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to information you give us. It is short because this site collects very little.

What this website collects

There is no contact form on this website, so there is nothing to submit and nothing submitted is stored. The site is static HTML served from a content delivery network. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and pages requested, and which are used for security and to keep the site running.

The site embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact, service area and city pages, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Both are third-party services with their own privacy practices and both may set cookies or record a request when those elements load. We do not control that and we do not receive the data.

What we collect when you call

When you phone us we record what you tell us: your name, your number, the building address and what the roof is doing. We use it to survey the building, quote the work, do the work and invoice for it. We keep job records including photographs, survey findings and contract documents, because a roof file is genuinely useful to the building owner years later and because warranty and insurance matters frequently turn on it.

Who we share it with

Only where the work requires it: the roofing manufacturer when registering a warranty in your name, the permitting authority when applying for a permit on your building, subcontractors performing part of the work, and our insurer or professional advisers where relevant. We do not sell contact information, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not run advertising retargeting from this website.

Photographs

We photograph roofs as a matter of course, before, during and after work. Those photographs form part of your job record. We may use anonymised photographs of completed work as examples, without the address or the client name, unless you ask us not to. Ask and we will not.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep records for tax, warranty or insurance reasons. Phone (281) 720-3785.
