What to have ready when you call

None of it is essential and all of it makes the first conversation more useful.

• The building address, and whether it is inside a city or in unincorporated county.
• Roughly how many square feet the roof is.
• What the roof is, if you know: membrane, metal, gravel, or "no idea" which is a perfectly normal answer.
• What it is doing and where, and whether it is doing it right now.
• What is underneath it, and whether the building is occupied.
• Any warranty paperwork, and roughly when the roof went on.
• Whether anybody has done rooftop work recently, which is where we will look first.

Where we are, and why there is no address here

We run out of a yard and a materials trailer, not a showroom, so we publish the submarkets we cover instead of a street address. Nobody buys a 40,000 square foot roof by walking into a lobby.

The useful version of this information is not a street address, it is the list of places we will actually drive to, so here it is: Houston proper, Bellaire, Stafford, Pasadena, Channelview, Humble, Deer Park, Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring, La Porte, Baytown, Tomball and The Woodlands, plus Jersey Village, Galena Park, South Houston, Jacinto City, Webster, Meadows Place, Klein and Aldine. Response times

• Active leak, business hours. Same day.
• Active leak, nights and weekends. A roofer answers. Whether a crew moves depends on what is happening underneath it, and we will be straight with you on the phone.
• Roof survey and written scope. Within two business days, no charge, no obligation.
• Bid on a replacement. About a week after the survey, because we core and scan before pricing.
• Named storm. Nobody can promise a time and anybody who does is guessing. We triage by severity and maintenance clients are scheduled first.
